Cueva de los Verdes
The Cuevas de Los Verdes are part of a stunning rock formation. This tube-like formation was created when Montaña La Corona erupted around 3,000 years ago. It displays one of longest volcanic rock formations in the world, and has created much interest from scientists. Within the past century a 2km pathway, as well as a small transformation of the site has meant that you have the best advantage point from which to view this stunning creation

Jameos del Agua
The Jameos del Agua — like the Cueva de los Verdes — are another part of the 6Km long lava tube which was created around 3,000 years ago with the eruption of Montaña La Corona. When it erupted the lava kept flowing, although the surface of the rock had hardened, leaving these tubes that extend underneath the Atlantic Ocean. This section of the tubes is named Jameo, as it refers to large opens where the roof collapses due to a gas build–up. These open-air caves are the centre piece of the attraction, as they are the most stunning of all the rock formations.
