St. Lucia
St Lucia is one of the most well-known islands of the Caribbean, and certainly holds the Caribbean dream. It is a small island that has much lush vegetation, and is undeveloped in many places. However, there are also a good variety of resorts to chose from, as well as few more private and hidden resorts. Most people who visit St Lucia are here on day trips and arrive on cruise ships into the main port, Castries, and mainly shop for souvenirs. For those who have time to explore, or stay on this beautiful island, there are many natural beauty spots on the island. There are also many beautiful walks and cycling trails as well as the Soufriere Volcano, that has its own bubbling sulphur springs.

Tobago
Trinidad and Tobago is known as ‘TNT’ to locals, and is the two most southern islands of the Caribbean. There is a small, daily ferry service that connects Trinidad with the more relaxed and smaller island of Tobago. Tobago is well-known as being the last unspoilt Caribbean paradise, and is a stereotypical tropical island with many plant life, flowers, butterflies and birds. Tobago also boasts much wildlife, with a many different mammals and reptiles that roam the island. The most famous is the leatherback turtle that nests on the stunning leeward (north) beaches. On the south of the islands the Atlantic beats against the shores of the small fishing villages, and inland you are able to take in the picturesque views of the hilly interior that is also home to the world’s oldest rainforest reserve.

Grenada
Grenada state consists of three islands: Grenada, Carriacou, and Petit Martinique. Grenada is the largest of all of them, and they’re located on the Eastern Caribbean, just south of the Windward Islands, and just 100miles north of Venezuela. The average temperature here is 24C to 30C, which is calmed b y the cooling winds. There are around 45 stunning beaches in Grenada, and they ate one of the islands’ most attractive features. Many visitors come every year on a Caribbean package vacation to enjoy these beautiful beaches.

Dominican Republic
The Dominican Republic is situated on the island that is shared with Haiti. There are many beautiful and luxurious resorts here that are ideal for cheap all inclusive Caribbean trips, and that will provide the perfect location in which to relax. The south coast contains some of the islands biggest cities and national parks. The capital of the Dominican Republic is Santo Domingo, where the first Spanish settlement in the Americas took place. Other well-known places for a holiday in the Dominican Replublic are the northern Amber Coast region around Puerta Plata, as well as the Samana Peninsula. The east coast also houses many tropical beaches, which have been brought and developed into stunning resorts. Many people also come here on all inclusive Caribbean golf vacations; the Dominican Republic provides the perfect setting for a golfing holiday.

Jamaica
Jamaica is one of the most talked about and most well-known islands in the Caribbean. Located in the north it has a reputation for the perfect green mountains, orange sunsets and glittering waterfalls, as well as the tropical golden beaches. The beauty here has drawn holiday makers on a Caribbean package vacation for many centuries – originally bringing in the wealthy few who could afford to go. Today however, the north and west coastlines are speckled with tourist resorts and all inclusive hotels, as well as many natural attractions that have been geared towards the tourism trade. Many also come here on all inclusive Caribbean golf vacations, as Jamaica offers golf within its stunning surroundings. The commercialisation of the island however has not spoilt its beauty as it is still offers visitors a taste of tropical paradise.
